How to do it — step by step

Sit-to-Stand

  1. 1

    Set-up

    Sit on the edge of a firm chair, feet flat, arms crossed.

  2. 2

    Rise

    Lean forward at the hips and stand up without using the hands.

  3. 3

    Return

    Sit back with control. 10 reps.
