By booking an appointment, using our website, or engaging with our WhatsApp channel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Dr. Karolin Rockson PT provides outpatient and home-visit physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, sports rehab, post-surgery rehab, and allied services. The scope of any specific package is set out in your care plan.

Bookings requested online, by phone, or by WhatsApp are provisional until confirmed by our coordinator. Slots are released after 15 minutes of no-show unless communicated.

Current fees are published on /pricing. Fees are payable on the day of service unless a package is prepaid. We accept UPI, cards, cash, and bank transfer. GST is included where applicable.

Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: full refund of the session fee. Under 24 hours: 50% charge. No-shows: 100% charge. Emergency medical cancellations are always waived on request with proof.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, disclose all relevant medical information, and follow safety instructions during exercises. We reserve the right to end a session if there is aggressive or unsafe behaviour.

We provide services with reasonable skill and care in line with Indian physiotherapy standards. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vellore, Tamil Nadu.
