We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across vellorephysio.com and to provide step-free, wheelchair-accessible access at every physical centre.
2. Website standards
- Semantic HTML, ARIA labels on interactive controls.
- Colour contrast ≥ 4.5:1 for text; focus rings on every interactive element.
- Full keyboard navigation; skip-to-content link.
- Reduced-motion preference respected on all animations.
- Font sizes zoom to 200% without loss of content.
3. Clinic access
- Ramp entry, wheelchair-width doors, accessible washroom at the flagship centre.
- Adjustable-height plinths and transfer boards on request.
- Wheelchairs available for on-site loan; escort staff available for outpatient transfers.
- Home visits for patients who cannot travel — see physiotherapist near me.
4. Assistive technology
Site tested with the latest versions of NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android). Report any barrier and we will fix it within 10 business days.
