Refund & Cancellation Policy
We keep refund rules short, fair, and written down. No fine print, no small surprises.
Effective date:
1. Single sessions
Cancel 24+ hours ahead → 100% refund. Cancel within 24 hours → 50% refund. No-show → no refund. Emergencies waived with proof.
2. Prepaid packages
Unused sessions from any package are refundable pro-rata within 60 days of purchase, minus sessions already attended at the single-session rate. After 60 days, unused sessions expire.
3. Home visits
Home-visit bookings require confirmation the day before. Same-day cancellations incur the therapist's travel fee (₹300 within 8 km, ₹600 beyond) since the slot is reserved.
4. International rehab programs
A 25% deposit is required to hold accommodation and airport slots. The deposit is refundable up to 21 days before arrival, then non-refundable. Unused program days from an on-site cancellation are refundable pro-rata minus a 10% administrative fee.
5. Clinical cancellations by us
If we cancel a session (therapist illness, force majeure), you receive either a re-scheduled slot at your convenience or a 100% refund — your choice.
6. How to request a refund
Email care@vellorephysio.com with your name, phone, package name, and reason. Refunds process within 7 business days to the original payment method. UPI refunds are usually same-day.
