How to do it — step by step

Pelvic Tilt

  1. 1

    Set-up

    Lie on back, knees bent, feet flat.

  2. 2

    Tilt

    Gently flatten the low back into the mat by tilting the pelvis backward.

  3. 3

    Release

    Return to neutral. 10 reps.
