How to do it — step by step

Mini Squat

  1. 1

    Set-up

    Stand shoulder-width apart, arms out for balance.

  2. 2

    Descend

    Bend knees to about 45°, keeping weight in heels.

  3. 3

    Rise

    Push through heels to stand. 10 reps.
