What to plan for
Card payments
Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted at the clinic. Foreign-card surcharge (typically 2.5%) passed through at cost — shown on the receipt.
International wire
Wire in USD, GBP, EUR, AED or SGD to our HSBC / SBI foreign-currency account. Wire details on the invoice. 3–5 working days to clear.
Wise / Remitly / Instarem
Low-fee remittance apps supported. We share our INR account details post-booking. Usually clears within 24 hours.
Insurance-billed cases
We prepare invoices with CPT-equivalent codes and ICD-10 diagnoses for your home insurer. Direct billing available for select UAE and UK insurers.
What's included
Physiotherapy sessions, weekly clinical-director reviews, all clinic equipment, discharge report, home-programme video, one airport transfer each way.
What's not included
Accommodation, meals, imaging (MRI/X-ray), medications, medical devices (orthoses/prostheses) — all quoted separately after the tele-assessment.
