Meniscus Tear (Knee) Treatment in Vellore

A twist or squat that leaves the knee catching, clicking, and painful along the joint line — often with a slow effusion.

Meniscus tears are common with pivoting sports and squatting work. Degenerative tears in adults over 40 respond as well to structured rehab as to arthroscopy. Traumatic locking tears may need surgery.
