2. Apply for the Indian Medical Visa
Apply online at indianvisaonline.gov.in — M-Visa is valid up to 60 days per stay and 3 entries in 1 year; longer stays qualify for a Medical Visa (regular, up to 1 year). Attendants apply for MX-Visa under the same reference number.

3. Register on arrival (if required)
Patients whose stay exceeds 180 days must register at the FRRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office) — nearest FRRO to Vellore is in Chennai. We coordinate the paperwork and, when needed, escort you.

4. Extend if therapy continues
If your rehabilitation plan is extended, we issue an updated clinical letter for visa extension via the FRRO — usually granted within 2–4 weeks.

Accommodation
Book at least 2 weeks. We shortlist wheelchair-accessible service apartments 1–2 km from the clinic, with family kitchens and airport pickup.
Airport transfers
Meet-and-assist at Chennai (MAA) — 2h to Vellore — or Bengaluru (BLR) — 4h. Wheelchair van and companion transfer available on request.
